Abstract

The magnetoresistance and the magnetothermopower (MTP) of copper/cobalt multilayer nanowires have been measured from room temperature down to 70 K. The usual GMR ratio on these structures ranges from 10 to 20 %. The thermopower exhibits an identical magnetic field dependence with a very close zero-to-saturation field ratio.
