Abstract

In this work, we demonstrate a three-terminal monolithic perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell, with a 4 cm2 area, utilizing an industrial TOPCon silicon bottom cell produced through mass-capable processes, delivering a power conversion efficiency of 29.11%.
