Two mechanisms of high harmonic generation from overdense laser plasmas - Relativistic and non-relativistic

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

High harmonics from ultra-intense laser-matter interaction can be generated by both linear means and by relativistic means. In experiments up to a few 1019 Wcm-2, we show the distinctions and means to control each.
