Volumetric multicolor multiphoton microscopy for neuron connectivity and cell lineage analysis

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

Reconstructing neural circuits and cell lineage raises the challenge of imaging large volumes of tissue with high contrast, specificity and resolution. Our work aims at combining Brainbow labeling and large-volume microscopy to reach this goal.
