- Co-founder and Director of the LINCS, a joint research and innovation centre on Future Communication Networks, Systems and Services, financed by Institut Mines Telecom, INRIA, Sorbonne Université, Nokia and SystemX and sponsored by several other companies (90 researchers and experts from industry and academia, interacting in the same premises).
- Co-founder and CEO of CT4V - a Technology Center founded for leveraging the opportunities of ICT as a major driver of innovation in all vertical sectors. It is organized as an open partnership, composed today of 7 enterprises, 5 universities and research centers, and 2 national agencies.
- Co-founder of 4 start-ups
- RAD Data Communications Fellow-Strategic Advisor, former corporate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Corporate Strategy Committee (CEO, VPs and CTO).
- Professor at Telecom ParisTech (ENST). Main Research and Innovation topics: Internet of Things, Smart Grids, Energy transition, Future communication networks.
- Member of the Scientific Committee of the French Parliament (24 members covering all the scientific domains)
- Expert and consultant for various companies (Telecom operators, Manufacturers, Capital ventures), including key market players.
- Expert for various national and international institutions (European Commission, CAS Centre d’Analyses Stratégiques-French Government, etc.).
- Co-founder, Chairman of the Steering Board and Scientific Coordinator of the European Network of Excellence « Euro-NGI » (59 partners from academy and industry from 18 countries, more the 200 researchers) and of its successors Euro-FGI and Euro-NF.
- President of the Experts Committee of the ANR (Agence Nationale de la Recherche, French National Research Agency) division in charge of Future Networks and Services.
