Résumé

The phenomenon of reorientation of the antiferromagnetic vector in single-domain nanoparticles, which occurs under the action of radio pulses of a magnetic field, covering the resonance region, is investigated. The influence of the damping parameter of a magnet, amplitude, frequency, and direction of an alternating magnetic field on the conditions for reorientation of the antiferromagnetic vector in nanoparticles is studied. The threshold amplitudes and frequencies of the alternating magnetic field, above which reorientation is possible, have been determined. On the frequency dependences of the threshold field amplitude, regions of minima are revealed that can be used to significantly reduce the field amplitude required for reorientation of the antiferromagnetic vector in nanoparticles. It is shown that using a certain ordering of antiferromagnetic nanoparticles in a dielectric matrix, ultrafast recording devices can be created.
