Résumé

A preliminary study of the dynamics of the domain 1 of annexin I by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is presented. The use of ¹⁵ N-relaxation-compensated CPMG experiments allowed us to show the presence of conformational motions in the micro-millisecond range that extend over several segments along the domain. For 14 residues, exchange rate constants could be evaluated, and were found in the range 1300-2500 s^-1.
