title = "Application of the boundary element method to the determination of the electrophoretic motion of solid particles",
abstract = "This work examines the transport of N solid and charged particles under the application of an externally inposed electric field E∞. In the new proposed approach the rigid-body motion of each particle is determined by solving 6N + 1 well-posed Fredholm Boundary Integral Equations. The numerical implementation resorts to boundary elements and several examples pertaining to nine-particle assemblages of spheres and ellipsoides are reported.",
