Résumé
Temperature-dependent reflectivity, photoluminescence, selective photoluminescence, and photoluminescence excitation experiments are performed on a semiconductor quantum-well microcavity containing two series of quantum wells of slightly different thicknesses. Multicomponent polariton modes are evidenced. The relaxation mechanisms near resonance show the fundamental role of each nonluminescent excitonic reservoir. The results are favorably compared with a model of relaxation in microcavities.
