Résumé
We report on the observation of nonlinear emission of microcavity polaritons for very low excitation powers. The experimental proof that the system is in the Strong Coupling Regime leads us to explore different mechanisms which could give rise to such a nonlinearity. A quantitative analysis of two of them show that they cannot explain the nonlinearity we observe. On the contrary, most of our experimental features can be well described by a Boser model up to 77 K.
