Résumé
A method of propagation modeling well suited for wireless indoor applications at millimeter-wave frequencies is described. The formulation of the method is presented including the representation of source fields as a superposition of Gaussian beams, a Gaussian beam tracking procedure through multiple interactions and the coupling factor to a given receiving antenna pattern evaluation. Amplitude-delay profiles and statistical parameters are evaluated and comparisons with measurements performed in the laboratory show a promising correlation.
