Résumé

The effects of finite number N of particles in a collisionless plasma were analyzed. A N-dependent long time behavior was depicted by the discrete particle numerical simulation for growth as well as damping of the wave. The results exhibited that the irreversible growth of the wave is not related to the entropy production of this sub-grid-scale filamentation but to the chaotic trapping-detrapping process.
