Résumé

A study based on the investigation of quasi-phase matching (QMP) in the GaAs plates by Fresnel birefringence was presented. The QMP obtained by sign reversal of nonlinear susceptibility resulted in the obtaining of resonant conditions on nonlinear material dimensions. In regard to it, the compensation of the phase lag between interacting waves by Fresnel dephasing at reflection was also studied.
