Résumé

This article describes briefly some aspects of the research carried out in the authors' laboratory. They concern the discovery and development of new reactions and processes, as well as their application to the total synthesis of natural products and structures of interest to medicinal chemists. The RAFT-MADIX technology for controlled radical polymerisation is discussed succinctly.
