Résumé

The effects of B for Co substitution in RCo₅ compounds on the Co K edge X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) signal is studied. Calculations of the YCo₄B XMCD spectrum have been performed. These calculations were based on band structure calculations and multiple scattering theory of XMCD. A good agreement is found between the calculations and the experiment.
