Personal profile

A graduate of École Polytechnique (class of 2001) and Paris-Est University (2009), Sébastien Boyaval is a senior civil engineer at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He has been conducting research in applied mathematics for numerical simulation in mechanics at LHSV since 2011. Specializing in PDEs for non-Newtonian flows and model reduction, he develops new models for computational fluid dynamics with EDF R&D, INRIA (Matherials team) and the support of the ANR (SEDIFLO project).
